Thank you for your purchase.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please see below for more information on our return policy.

For defective or damaged products, please get in touch with us, we will arrange a refund or exchange asap.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivered date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags / labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at service@haussavage.com

If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Please enclose a shipping receipt which include return address and tracking number.

Since we shipped out from Chinese warehouse/factory directly, All the refund will be processed once we have received the item(s) at our international return center in China.

To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the email instructions address.

 

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After looking over the condition of your item, we will process your return.

Please allow at least 3-5 business days from receiving your item to process your refund.

 

For the below circumstances, we don't accept a refund request without return.

But we can offer a 10%-20% coupon on your next order if you agree with the proposal.

  • Don't like the item;
  • Not fit as expected without any quality problem;
  • Shipping status shows delivered but not received;
  • Misunderstanding (on products/fabric) but has already claimed in our description/title;
  • Placed a wrong order mistakenly and already shipped.

 

CANCELLATION

We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped out, otherwise, you will be refunded 95% if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase,5% cancellation fee will be charged.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

The following items CANNOT be returned:

Swimwear

Underwear

 Items under clearence and gift cards
